- Our Story -

We are students from Universidsd del Este in Carolina, Puerto Rico. As part of our final class project, our challenge is to create a restaurant concept from start to finish. It involves much careful planning, menu development, cost control; among others. After much debate, our culinary team decided to create an international cuisine restaurant that focuses on 8 countries. They are: Perú, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Greece, Lebanon and Japan. In this concept, we will focus on presenting our guests with the elements of fire, earth, water and air. They will be part of the meal in a special way!
